Mr. George Pantelidisis the Chief Executive officer of Pan Brothers Associates and he is a Licensed Real Estate broker with 36 years of experience in real estate development. With Mr. Pantelidis’s hands-on involvement in every facet of real estate, combined with the knowledge acquired from his family-owned contracting firm and his experience in identifying real property values, he has successfully acquired, renovated, developed, and converted properties to cooperatives in the New York City metropolitan area. Through ongoing relationships with commercial brokers and principals for national chain stores and franchises, he has successfully negotiated space on behalf of its principals.

Mr. Peter Pantelidis is the Chief Operating officer of Pan Brothers Associates. Mr. Pantelidis is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker with a 37-year background in construction and real estate development obtained by managing his family-owned real estate business. Since 1971, he and his brothers, George and James, have acquired properties.

Mr. James Pantelidis is the Chief Financial officer of Pan Brothers Associates and he is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Pantelidis has 33 years of experience specializing in all facets of real estate. Mr. Pantelidis is responsible for all financial reporting and tax matters. Through his relationships with lending institutions, he takes an active role in negotiating and placing construction and permanent financing for many projects.



Mr. David Rizzuto is the Director of Operations and Finance of Pan Brothers Associates. Mr. Rizzuto is a full service property manager for the last 19 years. He has fully completed his courses as a RAM certified property manager. Through his many years on the job he has achieved an extensive background in real estate finance. His responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations of management and back office staff to ensure that the company is operating at maximum output level at all times. He reviews all bids that come in to our office for all jobs for accuracy of work and price. He oversees our building and maintenance staff along with the property managers. Through his many relationships with contractors and vendors in the industry he is able to make certain that Pan Brothers gets the best deals on services provided. He also oversees the insurance and human resource department of the company.

Mr. Christopher Aiello is the Financial Officer of Pan Brothers Associates. Mr. Aiello has 6 years of Real Estate experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He holds an MBA in Real Estate Management from Monmouth University and an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He is directly responsible but not limited to daily bank transactions and cash management, creation of commercial real estate cash flow models and strategic analysis of potential projects and investments. In addition, Mr. Aiello assists in the monthly and yearly budget preparation as well as financial statements of the company. He works directly with the principals of Pan Brothers in the tax preparation of over 20 entities and affiliates. Prior to Pan Brothers Mr. Aiello served as Managing Partner for a residential real estate operator.
