Pan Brothers Associates, Inc. was formed in 1971 by three brothers, Peter, George, and James Pantelidis. The company began working out of a construction garage. They formed a team consisting of a Real Estate Broker (George Pantelidis), a property/construction manager (Peter Pantelidis), and a CPA (James Pantelidis). Together they began purchasing properties in the mid 1970's through the 1980's. During tough times in the mid to late 1980's, they used their extensive experience to manage third party portfolios. The companies managed over 10,000 residential and commercial units for the next 25 years. Currently, Pan Brothers Associates manages over 800,000 square feet of commercial space.
